Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I usually avoid posting negative reviews because I understand how difficult it is for local businesses to survive in today’s franchise-driven market. However, customers also deserve honesty and quality for the money they spend.
I ordered an extra-large Paneer Tikka Pizza, and nowhere on the menu did it clearly mention that it comes with makhani sauce instead of the regular pizza sauce. More importantly, as you can see in the photos, there was barely any base sauce on the entire pizza.
When I complained, the staff immediately offered to replace the pizza, which clearly showed they knew the sauce had either been skipped or added in an extremely small amount. The frustrating part was that I had to drive back again and wait another 40 minutes because of their mistake. ( which i clearly denied)
What disappointed me most was their reaction when I pointed out that they may be reducing ingredients to save money. Instead of acknowledging the issue properly, they became defensive and only offered a replacement.
I noticed several negative reviews mentioning similar experiences, but after seeing positive ratings, I still decided to order from here — and unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake.
